Established in 1995, GS Gears India Pvt. Ltd. is an experienced custom gear manufacturer in Bangalore, serving OEMs and engineering industries with application-specific gears and pinions. Originally established as a proprietorship firm, the company was subsequently incorporated as a Private Limited company under the leadership of Mr. M.M. Giri, Managing Director.
Located in Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru, GS Gears India operates from an approximately 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. The company supports flexible batch production, from smaller quantities of around 50 units to high-volume requirements involving thousands of components.
The company manufactures custom spur gears, helical gears and pinions according to customer drawings, specifications and application requirements. Its manufacturing infrastructure includes bar cutting machines, conventional and CNC turning machines, gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, broaching machines, cylindrical grinding and internal grinding machines.

GS Gears India is ISO 9001 Certified and maintains dedicated quality assurance infrastructure, including CNC lead and profile testing equipment and a fully equipped quality assurance laboratory for precision testing. Quality, consistency and customer-specific requirements remain integral to the manufacturing process.
