GS Gears India operates an approximately 15,000 sq. ft. Gear Manufacturing Facility in Bengaluru. The facility has been established to support the production of custom gears and pinions for OEM and industrial applications.
Our production environment incorporates multiple machining and gear manufacturing processes, allowing the company to support different stages of component production.
The facility includes bar cutting machines for material preparation and conventional and CNC turning machines for machining operations.
Gear manufacturing is supported by gear hobbing machines, while gear finishing requirements are supported through gear grinding machines. The facility also includes broaching machines along with cylindrical and internal grinding machines.
This combination of equipment provides manufacturing flexibility for custom gear and pinion requirements.
OEM requirements can vary considerably depending on product development, replacement requirements, production schedules and market demand. GS Gears India therefore supports flexible batch manufacturing, from smaller production quantities such as approximately 50 units through larger requirements involving thousands of units.
This production flexibility enables customers to discuss their specific batch requirements rather than being restricted to a single production model.
Manufacturing is supported by quality inspection facilities including CNC lead and profile testing equipment and a dedicated quality assurance laboratory.
Inspection capabilities are important for custom gear production because the manufactured component must correspond to the technical requirements specified by the customer.
The facility is located at:
126/1, Kempaiah Garden,
4th Phase, 2nd Stage,
Peenya Industrial Area,
Bengaluru – 560058, Karnataka, India.
Peenya provides GS Gears India with an established industrial manufacturing environment and convenient access to Bengaluru’s engineering and industrial ecosystem.
The facility combines machining, gear manufacturing, finishing and inspection capabilities to support OEM customers requiring custom spur gears, helical gears and pinions.
Our quality infrastructure includes CNC lead and profile testing equipment, enabling detailed inspection of critical gear characteristics. These capabilities help support controlled manufacturing and provide technical verification during production.
A fully equipped quality assurance laboratory provides additional support for precision inspection. Inspection activities are integrated into the manufacturing workflow rather than treated solely as a final-stage activity.
